




**Job Objective:** To support operational management, document handling and control for senior management, communication with domestic and international suppliers and clients, and coordination with logistics brokers and customs agencies. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced written and spoken English (80%). * Experience providing assistance to senior management. * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in international logistics, customs brokerage, or customs agency. **Skills and Competencies:** * Process organization and tracking. * Effective and assertive communication (oral and written, in both Spanish and English). * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Teamwork and results orientation. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Customs import/export procedures (a plus). * Familiarity with Incoterms and international logistics terminology. * Technical English applied to logistics and foreign trade. * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate-to-advanced Excel). * Experience using logistics platforms or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle—desirable). * Basic knowledge of Mexican SAT and customs regulations. * Calendar management and executive support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process internal purchase requests, requisitions, or payment requests. * Maintain communication between the Director and various departments. * Monitor information flow and ensure task follow-up. * Support strategic or confidential projects assigned by management. * Coordinate and track international shipments (imports and exports). * Manage foreign trade documentation: commercial invoices, bills of lading (BL), waybills, customs entries (pedimentos), packing lists, certificates of origin, etc. * Maintain effective communication with brokers, customs agencies, carriers, and suppliers. * Verify compliance with customs regulations and legal import/export requirements. * Assist in quoting national and international freight rates. * Enter data into ERP systems. * Prepare shipment status and delivery performance reports. * Translate and draft emails or documents in English for international clients/suppliers.
