Do you have experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service and are looking for a new professional challenge? We are seeking a **Dispatcher & Tracking Coordinator** **for temporary coverage of leave of absence** to join our team to coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring excellent customer service. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in **customer service, logistics, or transportation**. * **Intermediate\-Advanced English** * Skills: organization, multitasking, delegation ability. * Availability for **shift rotation**. * Age: no restriction. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination and scheduling of shipments. * Monitoring of ongoing shipments. * Customer support and assistance throughout the logistics process. **Schedule** Monday to Friday, **Mon\-Fri from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm** **Compensation and Benefits** **Starting base salary:** $480 MXN per day. Quarterly variable compensation based on performance indicators (effective after indefinite-term contract commences following 180 days). **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements from day one:** * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to **30 days**. * Vacation premium of **50%**. * Profit-sharing (PTU) of **12 days** (first two years; increases with tenure). * **Major medical expense insurance**. * **Life insurance**.
