This position is responsible for preparing documentation for foreign trade operations and coordinating logistics. The incumbent will be responsible for managing electronic import and export files and updating the database for Annex 24 and Annex 22\. Additionally, applying certificates of origin and classifying goods requiring import and export. The role requires inspecting goods when they are returned abroad and maintaining control of departmental accounts payable. The assistant will handle activities related to CTPAT, OEA and ISO\-14001 certifications and prepare monthly reports.
