* **Coordinate, supervise, and provide feedback to the sales floor team** for the joint implementation of marketing in sections and setups of commercial events previously sent by the corporate area, to improve the store's image. * **Develop monthly work plans** for organizing daily and weekly activities * **Obtain sales indicators from the management team and area leader to analyze results and take action on marketing** of sections and items with opportunity for proper visual presentation. * Execute and coordinate the Visual Presentation and *Display* training plan together with HR for their team, collaborators, and new sales floor staff. * Communicate, train, and manage with the store team the use of the *Site* for Visual Presentation and *Display* * **Supervise the correct submission of photographic reports** for campaign setups and *PV and D* manuals. * Follow up and **report advertising materials**, hardware, and furniture to the control desk on time. * Follow up on **destruction and disposal of display materials** according to current procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the display warehouse and workspace. * **Develop monthly campaign setup and marketing plan** Requirements: Bachelor's degree incomplete or completed in Graphic Design, Fashion, Marketing, or Graphic Communication Intermediate-level knowledge of Office Suite and basic-level knowledge of Google Suite Knowledge of fashion trends desirable.
