Additionally, you will manage CRM systems, with a preference for GoHighLevel expertise, and assist with HR tasks such as recruiting calls and job postings. This role requires strong technical proficiency combined with excellent communication skills to support our fast\-paced BPO operations. Key Responsibilities * **IT Support (Primary Focus):** * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees and clients, ensuring minimal downtime in our BPO environment. * Onboard new hires to platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams, including account setup, training, and troubleshooting. * Manage and maintain CRM systems, with a strong preference for GoHighLevel expertise (e.g., configuring workflows, integrations, and user support). * Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or remote tools to address IT\-related inquiries promptly. * **HR and Recruiting Support (Secondary Duties):** * Handle incoming calls related to recruiting, such as screening candidates or answering applicant questions. * Create and post job listings on platforms like Indeed to attract top talent for our BPO operations. * Assist with HR tasks, including employee onboarding documentation, basic policy inquiries, and supporting HR team initiatives. * **General Duties:** * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless operations in a high\-volume BPO setting. * Document IT procedures and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency. * Stay updated on emerging IT tools and best practices to enhance system reliability and performance.
