**Job Description** We are a private hospital chain dedicated to health care, diagnosis, and treatment, seeking to provide specialty medical services of the highest quality through a low-cost model. **WE ARE HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Education:** High school diploma, preferably completed. **Work Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a similar position. **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible schedule) **Position Requirements:** \* Availability to work flexible hours \* Communication skills \* Teamwork \* Service-oriented \* Excellent personal presentation **Position Objective:** Maintain the hospital in optimal condition by preventing deterioration of facilities, equipment, and machinery necessary for its preservation. **Duties and Responsibilities:** 1\. Participate in shift handover activities and remain on duty until the交接 is complete. 2\. Receive instructions regarding tasks to be performed, especially those requiring immediate response. 3\. Turn hospital lights on and off according to established guidelines to maintain adequate lighting inside and outside the facility. 4\. Conduct daily inspections throughout all facilities to verify that both infrastructure and equipment are operating efficiently. 5\. Inspect the condition and operation of electrical installations, and replace components of inspected units if necessary. 6\. Perform required maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.) across various hospital areas. 7\. Request preventive and corrective maintenance services that, due to their nature, cannot be performed independently, ensuring they are contracted following established procedures. 8\. Complete activity logs and submit reports to immediate supervisors. 9\. Be accountable for machines, tools, and equipment assigned for job performance. 10\. Respond to repair requests submitted by staff. 11\. Attend meetings coordinated by Operations Management, Logistics, or Nursing departments. 12\. Perform any other duties consistent with the role. 13\. Schedule preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning units, emergency power generators, and water pumps. 14\. Perform inspections of electrical panels.
