We are looking for: **Payroll Coordinator** for a local company in Hermosillo. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll (with more than 1,000 employees). * Expertise in payroll, special calculations and social benefits. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Office software. Knowledge of LFT, LIMSS, LISR. * Extensive knowledge of Fonacot and Infonavit. * Payroll tax. * Salary and wage declarations. * Risk premium. **Responsibilities**: * Supervise the payroll process and special calculations — terminations, settlements, Christmas bonuses, PTU — ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and current laws. * Review and approve payroll and various area calculations prior to disbursement, ensuring record consistency and accurate calculations. * Calculate and pay state taxes. * Ensure correct and timely integration into accounting records according to payroll movements. * Supervise payroll analysts and payroll assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to procedures and proper execution of their tasks. * Supervise the delivery and custody of checks, ensuring proper management of these payment instruments. * Handle complex payroll processing issues and make critical decisions to resolve problems and improve processes. * Generate and send reports to external firms for salary compilation and corresponding contribution calculations. * Supervise and reconcile actions performed by external firms: employee hires and terminations, salary integration, disabilities and absences; ensuring correct calculation and payment of Social Security, Infonavit and Fonacot. * Authorize social benefits payments. * Generate informative reports for control, costs and indicators within the payroll department. **We offer**: Base salary from $23,000 to $25,000 gross monthly plus statutory benefits.
