**Position:** Industrial and Asset Security Analyst **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional with experience in industrial and asset security, focused on risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and the protection of human and material resources within the company. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety conditions at the plant and CEDIS. Conduct safety inspections and follow up on unsafe acts and conditions. Coordinate video surveillance systems, access control, keys, and patrol rounds. Prepare reports, logs, and documentation for regulatory compliance (STPS, Civil Protection, etc.). Investigate workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, thefts, or asset losses. Deliver training sessions, participate in drills, emergency brigades, and safety committees. Generate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Support internal and external audits. Supervise the implementation of safety processes when required. **Requirements:** **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. **Experience:** In industrial or asset security (preferably in food or meat industry). Knowledge of STPS regulations, first aid, documentation, surveillance systems, and access control.
