We are looking for a **Quality Manager** with experience in the food industry and industrial dining rooms, to lead the quality and food safety management system. The position requires ensuring compliance with regulations (NOM\-251\- Distinctive H, HACCP), supervising audits, and training staff in hygiene and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, supervise, and improve the Quality and Food Safety Management System. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Supervise hygiene controls in kitchen, warehouse, and service areas. * Define, measure, and report quality KPIs. * Address and follow up on non-conformities. * Train staff on quality and food safety topics. * Ensure input quality in coordination with purchasing and suppliers. * Lead continuous improvement projects in food processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality within the food industry (preferably in industrial dining rooms or collective food services). * Knowledge of HACCP, Distinctive H, NOM\-251\. * Experience managing audits and preparing technical reports. * Leadership skills and effective communication abilities. * Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, ERP, quality software). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $25,000 * Professional development opportunities * Job stability and collaborative work environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm **Location:** Industrial Park Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $25,001\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
