**Important International Logistics and Transportation Company is seeking:** * Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field. * Knowledge of food safety regulations. * Hygiene and sanitation procedures, principles of food safety. * Food risk management, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Compliance with quality and food safety management system criteria. \-Quality release of shipments. \-Review of audit-related documents associated with their activities. \-Follow-up on corrective actions. \-Safeguarding information related to their activities (organization and storage). \-Verify equipment cleaning and sanitization. \-Monitor compliance with cleaning and fumigation programs. \-Verify material storage conditions. \-Inspect transportation vehicles upon material and cargo receipt. \-Follow up on rejections of Raw Materials and shipments, documenting history. \-Perform rapid tests on critical materials. \-Review material Quality Certificates against Specifications.
