Achieve and document measurable value engineering outcomes. **Integrate and prepare high-quality information:** schedule, budget, approved drawings, roles-and-responsibilities matrix, procurement matrix, risk matrix, safety plan, and communication strategies. Daily application of the Axioma project management methodology, templates, and procedures. Document client processes and decisions via email, letters, and meeting minutes signed by the client. Flexibility to attend meetings and/or work on projects both within and outside the city upon request. Review the construction process to ensure work quality complies with standards defined in the Project Plan, specifications, and technical data sheets. Make timely, objective-focused decisions aligned with project goals. Evaluate potential scenarios to identify risks and prepare responses for emerging situations. Take action to foster team and supplier integration through on-site or off-site meetings to promote collaboration. Set individual work objectives, document them in writing, and provide effective follow-up to support team members’ development. **Quarterly turnover:** 1 = staff reductions occurred during the quarter; 2 = no staff reductions; 3 = increase in headcount. Possesses Axioma methodology certification. Delegates responsibilities appropriately. Integrates both the team and project information. Sets the standard for the team.
