### **Position Objective** Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on the various savings, investment, and insurance products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. * Guarantee the proper implementation and execution of savings, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open savings accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoter Agent. * Off-site promotion: marketing products outside the sales point. * Make calls for placing payroll and pensioner loans. **Requirements** * Strong communication skills. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Experience in placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services. * Knowledge of AFORES. * Experience in customer prospecting activities. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. * Completed high school (verified). **Value Proposition** * Fixed Salary from: $2,800 weekly. * Weekly commissions. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, 25% annual vacation bonus, 15-day annual Christmas bonus, increasing based on seniority. * Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.
