




Directly supervise hourly AutoZoners working in the Receiving and Returns department of the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include daily employee supervision; including training, payroll, performance review, discipline, and work assignment scheduling. * Coaching / training Zoners, 25% problem solving, on-shift corrections, decision making. Communicate to Zoners the importance of their work and how their performance impacts the overall success or failure of the DC as a whole. * Staff \- 20% Lead team through floor supervision, plan and assign priorities based on shift commitment. Anticipate potential complications to meet commitments. Daily task assignments, performance evaluation, responsible for adherence to operational processes and best business practices. * Daily safety talks \- 20% manage Zoners' well-being (providing necessary resources to perform daily tasks, personal protective equipment, etc.) * Interdepartmental coordination \- 15% ensure controlled flow of goods, enforce good practices per processes, conduct audits. * Productivity \- 10% monitor throughout the shift; provide feedback to Zoners on their progress and address any areas of opportunity. * Administration \- 10% includes training, payroll, performance review, discipline, and work assignment scheduling.
