




Sales Representative \- Product Inspection Division Location Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, Mexico Date posted November 03, 2025 Job ID 20610 Our vacancy and your responsibilities Reporting directly to the Division Manager, your mission will be the development and maintenance of sales volume for our portfolio of inspection equipment for quality control and contamination detection processes such as checkweighers, metal detectors, among others, as well as customized software solutions for special applications in weight management and industrial control. These solutions are aimed at quality control in different stages of the production process, from physical contaminant detection, package filling, traceability, label inspection, among others. Your main customer target will be process industries in the northern region of the country (Food and beverage, Cosmetics), primarily contacting production managers, maintenance personnel, and/or engineering departments. Responsibilities: * Be responsible for the account selection process, design and execution of penetration plans and visits. * Maintenance and growth of assigned accounts * Identify and analyze customer needs, providing advice on the range of solutions applicable to their current requirements. * Follow up on the marketing plan by participating in trade shows, seminars, to promote assigned product lines according to your division and maximize sales opportunities and market penetration. * Fully execute the consultative sales process (from negotiation, closing, managing online or on-site demonstrations, preparation of economic proposals, etc.) * Report and update commercial activities performed through the company's CRM system What you need * Industrial Engineering (electronics, telecommunications, automation or similar) and solid technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics acquired through experience. * Minimum of 4 years of experience selling technical products/solutions in a B2B industrial environment. * Availability to travel within the northeastern region of the country (Chihuahua, Tijuana, Sonora). * Highly desirable previous commercial experience in the aforementioned process industries and/or Key Accounts in the food and beverage industry. * Intermediate English (verbal and written communication with our manufacturing sites located in various European countries). * Experience using any CRM system (SAP desirable) Skills * High drive, results-oriented, teamwork, frustration tolerance What we offer * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Life insurance, major medical coverage * Global market strength and worldwide leadership in weighing technology. * A brand recognized globally for precision, quality and innovation. * Thousands of patents, design and innovation awards. * A commitment to exceptional service on our state-of-the-art equipment.
