Sample and inspect in-process product for CO2, TPO, air, crimp diameter, seaming, labeling, packaging, coding, etc., and finished product such as palletizing, wrapping, and placement of handling units on pallets, ensuring compliance with specifications. Verify operating conditions of packaging process equipment to ensure adherence to established operational parameters. Record inspection results for materials, beer packaging process, and finished product in SAP system and/or applicable forms. Segregate materials and/or finished products found non-compliant with established specifications or identified as defective, and promptly report to team leader and/or department manager and relevant departments. Segregate materials and/or finished products as directed by team leader and/or department manager. Follow up on material and/or product testing according to applicable evaluation protocols. Ensure production lines are maintained in optimal cleanliness conditions according to quality and safety standards. Ensure sterilization and cleaning cycles in production lines are completed according to established frequencies. Verify compliance with finished product loading plans as required. Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work areas. Communicate risks and opportunities identified during process activities to team leader and/or area manager to achieve expected results (objectives), meet customer and stakeholder needs and expectations, and report any non-conformities related to product quality and safety. Verify compliance with applicable Hazard Control Plan (HACCP/PRPs) for assigned work equipment and processes. Participate in implementing action plans for risk mitigation, achievement of objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives defined for respective processes.
