You will help us assist our clients with questions regarding our payroll software, train them, and guide them through any doubts they may have. Our operations are very relaxed—you will no longer experience stressful moments, overtime work, or pressure during critical payroll days. You will remain actively involved in the payroll field, as we will continuously train you on updates related to tax, labor, and social security regulations. With us, you will explore new technological fields governing payroll control and its tax-related aspects with the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). "Over time, you will have the option to work remotely." **Requirements:** * Age limit: 24 to 35 years. * Bachelor’s degree or incomplete studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience using payroll systems. * Excellent Excel skills. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years. * Experience managing payrolls for companies with over 200 employees. **Minimum Knowledge:** * Payroll calculations under various schemes. * Settlement and severance calculations. * PTU, vacation, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo) calculations. * ISR and ISN tax calculations. * Proficiency with platforms such as IMSS-IDSE. * Calculations of variable components and employer-employee contributions. * Manual and system-based calculations. * Knowledge of CFDI receipt structure. * Management of employment contracts. **We Offer:** * Salary: $11,000.00 MXN per month. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Implementation bonuses. **"Residency in Querétaro is mandatory."** Work location: Querétaro (Los Arcos area).
