




**POSITION:** Payroll Coordinator **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bachelor's degree in Administration **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm **EXPERIENCE:** 1\-2 years in similar areas (verifiable) **SALARY:** During interview **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the complete weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll process. * Validate incidents, attendance, and movements in IDSE and SUA. * Manage employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Calculate and review payroll taxes, withholdings, and tax obligations. * Perform final settlements, severance payments, Christmas bonuses, profit sharing (PTU), and other benefits. * Coordinate payments and reconciliations for Fonacot, food vouchers, union, and ISSE. * Prepare payroll accounting entries and link them in the accounting system. * Present monthly department indicators to General Management. * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT regulations. * Implement improvements in payroll processes and internal controls.
