




The Signal Integrity Engineer II will be responsible for playing a key role in the development, validation, and implementation of signal integrity systems for high-speed harnesses. This position requires a solid understanding of signal engineering principles, as well as advanced technical skills in using measurement equipment such as NA, VNA, and PNA. Technical Requirements: * Knowledge of electrical test equipment: multimeters and AC/DC hipot testers. * Hands-on experience in PCB, electronic components, and harness soldering. * Experience in designing and developing test fixtures for subassemblies and final assemblies. * Experience with programming languages C, C\+\+, or Python. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing electrical and signal integrity tests applied in both industrial and commercial environments, demonstrating the ability to deliver robust and reliable technical solutions. **Job Requirements** * Development: Contribute to the development of integrated signal systems from concept through to final implementation. * Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to understand system requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Hardware and Software Integration: Participate in the integration of hardware and software components to ensure optimal system performance. * Testing and Validation: Design and execute comprehensive tests to validate system performance and ensure compliance with customer requirements. * Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including user manuals and design specifications. * Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing technical support, including troubleshooting and field optimization of system performance. **What your background should look like** * Engineering Degree: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. * Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the design and development of signal integrity systems, preferably in an industrial environment. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in signal engineering principles, as well as experience with simulation and analysis software tools. * Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C\+\+. * Strong sense of urgency: responsible for providing support to electrical and signal integrity testing across various production areas. * Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively solve complex problems. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Customer Orientation: Customer-focused approach with demonstrated skills in understanding and meeting customer needs. * Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **Job Locations:** Hermosillo, Sonora 83174 Mexico **Travel Required:** Less than 10% **Requisition ID:** 140350 **Workplace Type:****External Careers Page:** Engineering \& Technology
