




**EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (certified or intern) **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm **EXPERIENCE:** * 6 months of experience in accounting firms * Basic and intermediate knowledge of **tax laws** (Income Tax, VAT, CFF, LISR, LIVA). * Proficiency with **SAT platforms** (Mi Portal, Declarations and Payments, tax mailbox). * Knowledge of **general accounting and reconciliations**. * Intermediate **Excel skills** (formulas, pivot tables). * Experience using **accounting and administrative systems** (Contpaq or similar). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in reviewing monthly, annual, and informational filings for federal and state taxes (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings, IEPS, etc.). * Review and classify CFDI receipts for income, expenses, and payroll for tax purposes. * Assist in responding to requests or audits from the SAT and other tax authorities. * Participate in updating tax controls and records according to regulatory changes. * Analyze and reconcile tax accounts. * Verify tax deductibility of expenses based on requirements established by the Income Tax Law and its regulations. * Collaborate in tax audits or reviews by authorities by providing documentation and clarifications. * Monitor requests and notifications received through the tax mailbox. * Assist in implementing tax updates resulting from legal reforms or changes in SAT guidelines. * Support processing tax refunds for favorable balances with the tax authority.
