Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform IMSS, RCV, and INFONAVIT payment calculations, data exports and reconciliations, supporting the Accounting Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Calculation and management of IMSS, RCV, and INFONAVIT payments. 2. Data export and reconciliation of accounting systems. 3. Learn more about our culture here. **Job Description** IMSS, RCV, and INFONAVIT payment calculation in SUA **Specific Job Functions** * Monthly IMSS payment calculation. * Bimonthly RCV and INFONAVIT payment calculation. * Annual Work Risk Premium calculation. * Data export from TRESS to IDSE for personnel movements (hires, terminations, and salary modifications). * Data export from TRESS to SUA. * Authorization of INFONAVIT loan procedures. * Intercommunication with INFONAVIT. * Periodic review of the INFONAVIT portal for retention notices. * Periodic review of the INFONAVIT portal for clarification of discrepancies. * Authorization of maternity leave benefits via the IMSS virtual desktop. * Reconciliation between TRESS and IDSE. * Reconciliation between SUA and TRESS. * Reconciliation between SUA and IDSE. * Periodic reviews of ST7, ST9\. ST2 with EHS and HR. * Submission of documentation to external auditors for IMSS and INFONAVIT audit opinions. * Bimonthly review of variables and submission to IMSS via IDSE. * Annual review of Daily Wages, UMA, and UMI changes. * Clarification of IMSS and INFONAVIT discrepancies. * Other activities of a similar nature. * Support the Accounting Supervisor. **Qualifications** **Education:** * University degree in Accounting or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of general experience in accounting or finance. **Languages:** * Intermediate English. **Other Competencies:** * Microsoft Office. * Accounting systems. **Additional Information** **At Fortune Brands Innovations, we support the overall health and wellness of our associates by offering comprehensive, competitive benefits that prioritize all aspects of wellbeing and provide flexibility for our teammates’ unique needs.
