




We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as **HR Support**. No experience is required, we will provide full training. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, responsible, and ready to grow with us. This position plays a key role in helping with **communication, scheduling, hiring support, and payroll assistance** for our team of employees. If you are detail\-oriented, good with computers, and enjoy helping people, this job is for you. **Responsibilities** * Check and respond to employee calls, messages and emails * Approve employee hours * Assist with scheduling and shift coverage * Submit payroll * Review and respond to job applicants * Conduct pre\-screen interviews * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding * Keep HR records and Monday.com boards updated * Support HR team with day\-to\-day tasks **Requirements** * Bilingual (English/Spanish) * Intermediate computer skills * Good spelling and grammar * Strong communication and organization * Ability to multitask and follow instructions * Responsible and consistent with attendance Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $12,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
