Profile * Completed high school education. * Experience with Excel. * Self-directed. * Standard vehicle operation and valid driver's license * Client interaction Responsibilities: * Administer collection requests according to client needs * Supervise administration of collection requests and credit memos * Ensure proper application of collections to corresponding client balances * Guarantee reporting of the Collections Manager’s department activities issued at month-end by the company * Conduct client visits related to collections, as per the commercial department’s plan * Be responsible for the collections department and its assigned activities.
