**Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise **assembly and installation** activities of electromechanical systems (crushing and grinding equipment, panels, trays, conduits, motors, pumping systems and compressors) and **field instrumentation**, ensuring quality standards. * Ensure all installations comply with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable safety standards (NOM, NEC, NFPA 70E). * Coordinate and direct daily work team, contractor, and subcontractor activities, prioritizing critical tasks for the **commissioning** path. * Validate physical progress and generate progress reports, with special focus on pre\-commissioning and commissioning milestones. * **Lead and execute pre\-commissioning (Precom) and commissioning (Com) tests**, such as continuity tests, megger tests, laser alignment, equipment start\-up, and functional system verification. * Diagnose and resolve technical interferences and field problems during the installation phase to prevent impacts on start\-up schedules. * Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of electrical, mechanical, P\&ID, and isometric drawings in the field. * Strictly supervise compliance with safety measures, PPE usage, and safe working conditions during installation and testing phases. * Prepare detailed technical reports on progress, test results, punchlist items, and nonconformity closures. * Manage the project's technical closeout, ensuring all "as\-built" documentation and test protocols are complete. **Academic Requirements:** * Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years supervising **installation and commissioning** of electromechanical projects in industrial or mining environments. * Proven experience leading and executing **commissioning** activities. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced reading and interpretation of electrical, mechanical, P\&ID, and loop diagrams. * Procedures for **assembly and alignment of rotating equipment**. * Techniques for **pre\-commissioning and commissioning tests** (megger tests, grounding, functional tests, start\-up). * Electrical and industrial safety standards (NOM, NEC, NFPA 70E). * Progress tracking and construction reporting management. * Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office. **Key Competencies:** * Field technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Rapid resolution of technical issues during critical phases. * Ability to work under pressure and meet commissioning milestones. * Results and quality orientation in final execution. * Effective communication with clients, engineering, and contractors. **Benefits:** Competitive salary.
