Manufacturing Engineer. Requirements: \- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. \- Previous experience in the Manufacturing area, preferably in manufacturing companies (Electronics and/or Automotive). \- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. \- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and project management. \- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and BOMs. \- English language proficiency. \- Leadership and teamwork skills. \- Results-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving abilities. \- High sense of responsibility and discipline. \- Foresight and proactivity. Job Responsibilities: \- Ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. \- Design and develop strategies to optimize production. \- Conduct productivity and efficiency analyses on the production line. \- Coordinate work with the production team, ensuring achievement of quality and timeline objectives. \- Research and implement new production technologies and methodologies. \- Foster a high-performance environment, promoting professional and personal development of the team.
