RCR Refrigeration, an industrial sector company, is seeking a Purchasing Intern to support the procurement department in administrative, operational, and analytical tasks. Requirements: Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Basic knowledge of Excel and file organization Interest in administrative work and data analysis Responsible, organized attitude with eagerness to learn Availability for part-time work (per internship agreement) Tasks to be performed: Administrative: Support in preparation and control of purchase orders Organization of documents in OneDrive Digitization and classification of files Analytical: Price comparisons among suppliers Updating of current price lists Support in indicator reports (purchasing, savings, timelines) Operational: Requesting quotations and initial contact with suppliers Tracking order status Coordination with other departments (warehouse, projects, sales) Control and Improvement: Review of commercial terms Support in internal audit of purchasing files Proposing improvements and developing internal manuals We offer: Financial support Flexible working hours compatible with studies Professional internship certification Positive work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree years of experience Age: between 18 and 35 years Keywords: intern, practicante, becario, pasante, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
