Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary and strategic Logistics Manager to lead the consolidation of our centralized logistics services unit, optimizing operations and developing the business. Identify opportunities to offer logistics services to third parties. We are seeking a visionary and strategic Logistics Manager to lead the consolidation of our centralized logistics services unit. The primary objective will be to design and direct the group's corporate strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and evolution of the business model toward providing services to third parties. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Launch and consolidate the group's integrated logistics operations. Network Optimization: Design distribution schemes, consolidation centers, and transportation models to maximize operational efficiency. Fleet Management: Supervise daily operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, road safety protocols, and control of consumables (fuel/parts). Financial Control: Manage the department’s budget, negotiate with strategic suppliers, and analyze cost-per-kilometer and cost-per-unit metrics. Operational Integration: Coordinate with Procurement, Warehousing, Projects, and Sales departments to ensure timely flow of materials and equipment. Business Development: Identify and implement opportunities to offer logistics services to external companies to maximize resource utilization. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SCT regulations, NOMs, and foreign trade/customs procedures. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles in logistics, transportation, or supply chain. Language: Bilingual (Spanish–English). Documentation: Valid passport and valid U.S. visa (Mandatory). Tools: Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Advanced Excel), MS Project, and ERP systems. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of logistics KPIs, route planning, SCT regulations, and import management.
