Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Architect for a multifaceted role encompassing procurement management, rehabilitation projects, and administrative support, requiring strong analytical skills and high accountability. Collaborative work and support to various departments Requirements: -Licensed Architect / Intern -Gender: Female -Marital status: Any -Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD -Advanced knowledge of rendering software (SketchUp / Lumion / Artlantis) -Intermediate knowledge of Excel -Analytical -Highly responsible -Highly reliable -Flexible availability for working hours -Excellent learning attitude -Ability to work under pressure -Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4 p.m.–7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.–2 p.m. We Offer: -$14,000 Monthly Compensation -Statutory Benefits Responsibilities (Illustrative, not exhaustive): ——Procurement—— 70–80% of your work will relate to procurement -Obtain quotations from potential suppliers. -Analyze options to select the final supplier. -Prepare, authorize, and issue purchase orders. -Request and track receipt of purchase invoices. -Coordinate, track, and confirm payment to suppliers. -Coordinate, track, and confirm material delivery. ——Procurement-Rehabilitation-Sale of Housing——: -Procurement of materials. -On-site survey for drafting original housing floor plans. -Drafting of original housing floor plans. -Development of housing rehabilitation/remodeling projects. -Creation of housing renderings. ——General——: -Support to various departments (estimations, administration, etc.) and/or new business projects (teamwork).-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree Years of Experience Age: Between 22 and 28 years Driver’s License: Class A Keywords: zone, area
