Professional development and continuous learning General Description We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in Hermosillo. The person in this position will be responsible for providing specialized technical solutions and support to internal and external customers, ensuring the correct implementation, optimization, and operation of industrial refrigeration systems, with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and sustainability. Main Responsibilities Design and implement customized refrigeration solutions according to project requirements. Prepare technical documentation: diagrams, specifications, installation and operation manuals. Provide technical support to internal and external customers, resolving issues related to system application. Conduct needs analyses and on-site assessments for proper equipment selection. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective project execution. Supervise commissioning, implementation, and monitoring of specialized equipment. Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal staff. Collaborate with the engineering department on improvements and development of new solutions. Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies in industrial refrigeration. Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events as required. Requirements Education: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles within industrial refrigeration. Technical Knowledge: Thermodynamics, electricity, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration systems. CAD software proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Availability: Flexible working hours and willingness to travel. Language: Intermediate English (preferred). Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and customer orientation.
