At *Mejora tu Playa A.C.*, a nonprofit civil association and authorized charitable organization dedicated to the conservation of Mexico's coastlines, we are seeking to fill the position of **Fundraiser** with someone experienced, passionate about the environment, and committed to social impact. The primary objective will be to **design and execute fundraising strategies** that strengthen our cleanup brigades, environmental education projects, and community initiatives. We are looking for someone who sees beyond numbers and understands that each donation represents cleaner beaches, protected biodiversity, and more people educated about environmental issues. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the mission of *Mejora tu Playa*. * Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partner companies. * Coordinate events, digital campaigns, and collaborations to raise funds. * Write donation proposals and environmental and social impact reports. * Monitor progress and prepare financial and performance reports. * Collaborate with the volunteer and operations teams to ensure funds meet actual project needs. * Maintain an updated database of donors and partners. * Comply with fiscal, ethical, and legal regulations related to fundraising (including issuing tax receipts as an authorized donor organization). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sustainable Development, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent proven experience. * At least **3 years of experience in fundraising**, resource development, or corporate social responsibility. * Proven ability to design and execute successful fundraising strategies. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships. * Organizational, project management, and database management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Proficiency with digital tools and office software. **We Offer** * Commission-based pay structure * Opportunity to directly contribute to the **conservation of beaches and coastal ecosystems in Mexico**. * Join a team creating real, measurable impact (+50 tons of waste collected, ongoing cleanup brigades, educational campaigns). * Professional development in the environmental and social sectors.
