Additionally, lululemon’s success within the local community depends on the Community Specialist’s ability to effectively represent lululemon to the local market and the local market to lululemon. * Guide and align Regional Managers, Store Managers, and Community Educators on vision and execution across all phases of community foundational excellence, including full and intentional utilization of community budgets (product giving, community engagement and activations), and community hours. * Execute local events for relevant activations/campaigns and strategic initiatives on the brand and marketing calendar, including budget management and strategic execution. * Collaborate with the Senior Manager Brand Marketing, Regional Managers, and Store Managers to support all phases of the ambassador program, including selection, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding, to ensure the regional ambassador roster is inclusive and reflective of market diversity. * Maintain close relationships with store teams through regular store visits, attendance at team meetings, and participation in ambassador connections and classes. * Advise and consult with Regional Managers and stores when submitting applications to the Community Impact Grant fund and for local store events. * Enroll store teams in: the Centre for Social Impact, brand campaigns, and Cultural Awareness Days. * Collaborate with key partners across functions, including Global Community and Events. Other partners include Retail Operations for New Stores and Optimizations, Talent Acquisition and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA).
