This position is not administrative; the candidate will be directly involved in daily warehouse activities, supervising and executing processes alongside the team. ### **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ### **We Offer** * $15,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunity ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and actively participate in daily warehouse operations * Control and organize merchandise * Product inbound and outbound activities * Support physical inventory counts * Direct coordination of operational staff * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations * Timely tracking of merchandise flow ### **Requirements** * Proven warehouse experience (operational supervision) * Accustomed to physical work and floor-based tasks * Basic inventory management skills * Practical leadership and ability to lead operational teams * Ability to commute to VINSA Industrial Park * Availability for a 100% operational role We seek someone who leads by example—working directly in operations and ensuring the warehouse functions properly day after day.
