Education: Degree in Computer Systems, Technical in Systems, or Computer Science. Specific Knowledge: * Knowledge in creating backups, formatting, and installing software and hardware. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. Responsibilities * Preparation and configuration of new equipment with Windows 10 or higher operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripheral devices. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. We Offer: Competitive base salary: 12,000 pesos per month, tax-free. Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation bonus, paid vacations, and Christmas bonus) Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00 (half-day, depending on location)
