




Job Summary: Provide administrative support in tracking home deliveries and warranties, ensuring homes are in optimal condition for customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the delivery of homes in optimal condition. 2. Serve as a key liaison between customers and construction/sales teams. 3. Requires experience in reading construction blueprints. * Provide administrative support in tracking home deliveries and warranties * Ensure the home is in optimal condition prior to delivery to the customer. * Serve as the liaison between the customer and construction/sales personnel to ensure everything is in order and the home can be delivered. Must have experience in reading construction blueprints; Architect or Civil Engineer preferred.
