Organization and proactivity in project management Job Description We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related professional with experience in construction control. The selected candidate will play a key role in project management, supervision, and administration, ensuring compliance with costs and budgets. Responsibilities Administrative organization and control of projects. Payroll preparation. Logbook tracking. Construction expense and budget control. Purchase authorization. Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. Organization and proactivity in project management. Requirements Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Age: 23 years or older. Minimum 1 year of construction control experience. We Offer Salary: $3,000 weekly, net. Statutory benefits. Growth opportunity in a stable and expanding company. Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (with 1-hour lunch break). Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Day off: Sunday. Work Location: Hermosillo, Sonora.
