The selected candidate will play a key role in project management, supervision, and administration, ensuring compliance with costs and budgets. Responsibilities Administrative organization and control of projects. Payroll preparation. Logbook tracking. Control of construction expenses and budgets. Purchase authorization. Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. Organization and proactivity in project management. Requirements Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Age: 23 years and older. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction control. We Offer Salary: $3,000 weekly, net.
