Experience in buildings exceeding 4 levels and residential housing Job Description: **WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT CIVIL ENGINEERING SITE RESIDENT FOR RESIDENTIAL HOUSING PROJECTS.** A real estate development company with over 15 years of market presence due to sustained growth is seeking a construction industry professional with strong commitment, and supervision and control skills to ensure proper execution of the company’s civil engineering projects across Mexico, to serve as: BUILDING SITE RESIDENT (Structural and/or Finishes) OBJECTIVE: Direct and coordinate operational staff during construction execution in accordance with project drawings and technical specifications. * Experience: Minimum 5 years. * Academic background: Civil Engineering and/or Architecture * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM \- 6 PM \+ Saturdays, 8 AM \- 1 PM. * Employment modality: On-site. **Job Location: Hermosillo, Sonora.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execution of residential mid-range building projects, 4 levels and above. * Preparation and control of subcontractor work packages. * Preparation of cost estimates. * Quality control of construction work. * Control of materials used on site. * Supervision of startup activities and structural work. **Supervision of hydrosanitary installations.** * Supervision of finishing activities and project handover. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** **Buildings exceeding 4 levels, finishes, concrete structures, steel structures, hydrosanitary installations.** * Preparation of cost estimates and generators. * Sufficient experience in construction, preferably residential housing ranging from social-interest to premium residential, vertical buildings, etc. * Knowledge of on-site warehouse management. * Experience interacting with construction personnel. **IMPORTANT** * **Experience in: Vertical construction, mass-produced residential housing, and commercial construction.** * Professional degree and license. * Willingness to travel **WE OFFER:** \- Bi-weekly payment. \- Direct employment contract with the company. \- 15-day Christmas bonus. \- Vacation days according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT). \- 25% vacation premium.
