




**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure comprehensive management of the Human Resources department through planning, coordination, and execution of strategies focused on talent development, personnel administration, and strengthening of the organizational climate. Guarantee compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27000 quality standards, as well as the proper implementation of compensation, recruitment, training, and internal communication processes, contributing to the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and update variable compensation plans (commissions, bonuses, incentives). * Collaborate with Sales in defining performance goals and KPIs. * Recruitment and selection of administrative, operational, and commercial personnel. * Design and coordinate internal and external training programs. * Supervise payroll administration and incident management. * Manage labor relations and organizational climate. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27000; participate in audits. * Administer HR policies, manuals, and records with a focus on quality. * Coordinate with Marketing and Organizational Communication on talent attraction and internal communication. * Promote recognition programs and organizational development. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly salary * Professional and developmental work environment * **Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am\-4:0**0pm Saturday 8am\-1:00pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $23,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
