Professional and respectful work environment **Purchasing Assistant** **Job Description:** A responsible and proactive **Purchasing Assistant** to support the procurement of spare parts, tools, and materials for our specialized workshop in heavy machinery bodywork and mechanics. The selected candidate will perform local purchases and, occasionally, purchases in the United States. **Responsibilities:** * Procure supplies and spare parts according to technical department requests. * Support basic inventory control and requisitions. * Obtain quotations and prepare comparative supplier tables. * Travel to local suppliers and, when required, to the United States for purchasing purposes. * Assist with procedures and errands related to the purchasing department. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license (Mexico). * U.S. visa preferred (valid). * Education: completed high school or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Availability for short trips. * Proactivity, responsibility, and supplier negotiation skills. * VISA **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Career growth. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional and respectful work environment. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses.
