




Position Summary: Management of procurement for technological solutions, services, and tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Position Purpose Ensure timely procurement of technological solutions, services, and tools, securing optimal cost, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as adherence to established delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities * Manage internal requisitions and generate IT purchase orders. * Negotiate contracts, subscriptions, licensing agreements, and renewals to secure favorable terms for the organization. * Monitor supplier compliance with commercial agreements and service level agreements (SLAs). * Review invoices, validate charges, and coordinate approvals with the accounting department. * Maintain an updated inventory of licenses, contracts, and expiration dates. Position Requirements Experience: * 3–5 years in procurement, preferably in technology or specialized services. Knowledge: * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Procurement processes and supplier management. * Software licensing. * Basic knowledge of information security regulations (desirable). Competencies: * Negotiation skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and follow-up capability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication and supplier management.
