COMPETENCIES * Ability to learn how to operate computer systems. **Organized and methodical.** Teamwork capability. **Service orientation, commitment to work and the Institution.** Oral and written communication skills, both fluent and clear. **Strong interpersonal relationships.** Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to contribute constructively. **Self-motivated and proactive.** Responsibilities: * Receive and assist visitors, suppliers, candidates, and deliver excellent customer service. * Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate extensions when necessary. * Prepare reports and deliver received messages to their respective recipients. * Weekly supervision of consumables inventory; generate purchase lists as required. * Support, upon request, in organizing meetings or events. * Properly manage documentation related to your area of responsibility. * Supervise cleaning staff. * Monitor vehicle fleet (traffic fines, insurance, maintenance services, loan agreements, registration certificates, toll cards). * Supervise warehouse access (entrance and exit). * Process payroll settlements for staff. * Collections. * Manage IMSS registrations and cancellations. Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,700.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
