Commit to sustainability and monitor market trends A leading company in the agricultural sector is looking for talent for its corporate offices in Hermosillo: **JUNIOR BUYER** **Primary Objective** Ensure merchandise supply continuity and prevent stockouts; progressively reduce costs year after year; minimize procurement operation risks; commit to sustainability; identify market trends and technologies; uncover cost-reduction opportunities; make data-driven decisions; develop and enhance market-behavior competencies. **General Responsibilities:** \- Supplier identification and evaluation. \- Purchase order coordination. \- Quality assessment of procured materials in collaboration with end users. \- Receipt of material/tool requisitions. \- Generation of required purchase orders and payment documents. \- Monitoring of payment processes and raw material deliveries. \- Joint inventory evaluation with warehouse personnel. \- Cross-departmental coordination. \- Planning and forecasting of requirements in collaboration with end users. \- Providing purchase history documentation whenever required. \- Weekly communication for invoice submission and expense and budget tracking. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. \- Age 25–45. **Skills:** \- Strong verbal communication skills. \- Assertive communication. \- Leadership. \- Decision-making ability. \- Negotiation skills. **We Offer:** \- COMPETITIVE SALARY \- STATUTORY AND ABOVE-STATUTORY BENEFITS \- CAREER DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Interested candidates meeting the profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.
