What will you do in this role? * Analyze the technological needs of various departments within the company. * Propose system and process improvements to optimize operations. * Provide support and follow-up on incidents related to systems. * Document internal system processes and functionality. * Conduct testing for new implementations or technological enhancements. * Generate reports and data analysis to support decision-making. * Provide support and training to internal users on system usage. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Systems Engineering, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in systems or technology areas**. * Knowledge of **databases (SQL or similar)**. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel or data analysis tools**. * Experience with **ERP or enterprise systems** (preferred).
