**Job Description:**
We are looking for a professional with experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, data integration, and basic technical support. This role is key to enabling strategic decision-making through interactive dashboards and reliable financial reports.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Design and develop Power BI dashboards with dynamic visualizations and intuitive navigation
* Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, ERP, etc.)
* Automate data analysis and visualization processes
* Provide basic technical support to users (hardware, software, networks)
* Train users on the use of developed reports and tools
* Collaborate with the accounting department to validate financial data structures
* Propose new metrics and visualizations that add business value
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, mandatory.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, mandatory.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, APIs, ICTs, IoT, and cybersecurity
* Experience with ERP or accounting systems is desirable
* Intermediate English (technical reading and writing)
* Experience leading teams (minimum 3 people) desirable
* Strong results orientation, analytical thinking, and focus on continuous improvement
* Plus: Experience with Oracle NetSuite
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
* Ticket resolution within 72 hours
* Dashboard development within a maximum of 1 week
* Process optimization and creation of area procedures
