**MARITAL STATUS:** Any. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technical Degree / Diesel Technical Degree **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Leading service teams and managing workshop resources in the agricultural sector, personnel management, fault diagnosis, component repair. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Coordinate and support technicians in diagnostic tasks, form completion, and access to updated technical information, ensuring accurate diagnostics that minimize repair times, maintaining necessary technical records for warranty claims, and providing feedback to customers regarding completed repairs. Inform controllers of identified failures for quotation purposes and update service advisors on completion status and delivery dates of units to customers. **COMPETENCIES:** Problem analysis and resolution, business opportunities, decision making, conflict management, negotiation, customer orientation, interpersonal relationships, influence and persuasion. **ACTIVITIES:** Manage available workshop resources to optimize service times, workforce utilization, and improve service area profitability. Provide guidance to technicians on high-complexity diagnostics and repairs, as well as on the use of standard repair times, avoiding excessive waiting periods and ensuring proper repairs. Report completed jobs and delivery dates to management in order to inform customers timely about their equipment. Schedule equipment calibration, maintenance of production sites, and procurement of necessary tools for workshop operations. Ensure quality of all workshop work through random quality checklists or applicable testing procedures, aiming to achieve first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction. Monitor service indicators such as workshop dwell time, training, workshop productivity, and propose action plans to keep these indicators within target ranges.
