We as a growth-oriented market leader invite you to join us on our journey from good to great! * Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree (certified). * English proficiency minimum 60% (spoken and written). * 3 to 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical industry (automotive preferred, or industrial). * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of FMEA/AMFE software is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or Creo preferred). * Knowledge of manufacturing process analysis (Six Sigma and MTM). * Analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with Core Quality Tools, 8D / 5-Why for effective resolution of customer complaints or internal failures. * Highly organized and structured profile; capable of managing and completing critical tasks with strong attention to detail. ***At NORMA Group, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation.
