Training programs **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our team members, certified by GPTW as one of the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team:** **PROJECT/PERMIT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR** Manage required permit applications with municipal and state authorities in accordance with current laws, regulations, and company policies to obtain authorizations enabling project sites to commence residential subdivision construction. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely availability of all necessary information for construction permit applications. * Process required construction authorizations efficiently and within established timelines for residential developments. * Guarantee orderly filing and retention of application acknowledgments and permit authorizations to ensure proper control and accessibility. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role * Experience preparing INFONAVIT documentation packages * Knowledge of construction processes and permitting procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD * Familiarity with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations (e.g., Civil Code, State Zoning Regulations, Urban Code, Environmental Protection Law, etc.) * Established contacts with relevant governmental agencies for procedural coordination * Strong oral and written communication skills * Positive attitude * Professional appearance **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
