We are currently seeking talent to join our team as a Billing Specialist in an onsite position. Compensation * Gross monthly salary: $18,500 MXN * Weekly pay Benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Legal benefits Key Responsibilities * Handle high\-volume, performance\-based invoicing for large customers. * Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger. * Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files. * Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges. * Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow\-ups. Requirements * At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Business\-level English. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency in Excel. * Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Prior collections experience (calls and/or letters). * Knowledge of bookkeeping and clerical reporting procedures.
