Join the Sales team as an Account Developer. You will be responsible for developing our brands in Distribution for the Traditional Channel. You will identify and develop new business and commercial opportunities in the field, providing financial leadership and support to Sales teams. This position is located in Tijuana, Mexico. **A glimpse of what you’ll do:** **Distributor Management:** Manage distributors to ensure we meet our volume targets with various customers. **Routes:** Travel 35 routes to visit customers, close new agreements, and build commercial partnerships. **Workforce Development:** Train our team on best practices, new strategies, product displays, and more. **Commercial Strategy Implementation:** Implement new plans and commercial strategies across the region. **Data Analysis:** Analyze and interpret business data. Ensure our strategies are consistently and correctly implemented in the field every day. **We’re looking for someone with:** 1+ years of related work experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
