Direct impact on user experience and business performance **Job Description** ---------------------- If your expertise lies in data analysis, digital experience, and e-commerce optimization, we’re ready to meet you! * You will ensure the overall health of the site and continuously optimize the Conversion Rate (CR), primarily within softline categories (apparel), through in-depth analysis of customer behavior, identification of friction points across the digital journey, and generation of actionable insights that enhance user experience and e-commerce business performance. * You will continuously monitor site health, considering the customer journey, functional performance, user-visible errors, and navigation and checkout process friction. * You will analyze customer behavior across the digital journey (Home, Search, Browse, PLP, PDP, Cart, and Checkout) to identify improvement opportunities and friction points. * You will identify impacts on Conversion Rate, engagement, and revenue resulting from site experience or execution issues. * You will generate timely, data-driven alerts for teams such as Product, UX, Development, Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial. * You will prioritize findings based on business impact versus required effort, proposing clear and focused actions. * You will track identified issues to resolution and subsequently validate improvements in key metrics. * You will use tools including Google Sheets / Excel, e-commerce metrics, BigQuery, and Google Analytics for performance analysis and monitoring. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * E-commerce metrics * Google Sheets / Excel * BigQuery / Google Analytics **Selection Process** ------------------------ To apply, please: 1.
