Assign tasks and establish shifts to ensure adequate coverage. * Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety, health regulations and standard operating procedures. * Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
